Mike Williams first walked through our doors back in mid 2007. He actually stopped by unannounced, just to check out out our facility. We didn't know this at the time, but he we was actually auditioning several shops for what would be a very large project car buildup. After meeting the Forged Performance staff, and taking a tour of our facility, he dropped his G35 coupe off for a massive power and performance overhaul.
Ryan's goal was a 500whp-600whp pump gas Evo, and he had a long list of requirements for the car. Ryan was a model customer and is now an employee! His modification list was all top shelf parts, and we didn't have to talk him out of unsuitable or questionable mods. He nailed it, and made the project really easy for us. He trusted our advise and expertise, and did a ton of homework beforehand.
Mike's R35 GT-R has been modified with the intentions of spending most of its life on the track yet still keeping it street legal for an occasional Sunday afternoon cruise. Coming all the way from New Jersey, this is the second time this customer has shipped his GT-R to Forged Performance and we were eager to refine things for more track oriented use. On the first trip to our shop the car received suspension, brake and power upgrades. This time the car returned for additional cooling, suspension, and safety modifications.
